poor,poor pepe`!


okay, now that i've gone and confuzzleded all of you, pepe` is(was) my skunk. sort of. here's the whole story:

one day, my dad called us out to the backyard and told us to be reeeeaaaaal quiet-like.
when i stepped outside, I see this fluffy little b&w tail sticking up and flopping around.

attached to that tail, was the cutest little skunk i'd ever seen(look for a pic in my gallery). and it wasn't even bothering anyone! it was just rootin' 'round by a dead tree stump in my yard, not even paying any attention to us as we took pictures.

she came out almost every night, just pokin' around and exploring, and so i decided that i would just assume it was a girl and i named her pepe`.and so, she became my skunk.

until the other day.

that night, my mom and i left to go get take-out thai food. on our way to the car, i see pepe` scampering across the street under a car, and tell my mom for the millionth time how cute she is. we get our food, and when we get back home, just as we're about tou eat, i hear my ass-hole neighbors shouting for my dad to come and look at what rocky got.

it was my skunk, my poor,poor little skunk.

And when rocky kept going back to try to eat the poor carcass, the inconsiderate jerks tried to fling into some one else's yard. it would have been ours if i hadn't been there to watch them.

and so, ends the story of my little skunk, pepe`
